Cancellation
Online confirmations or cancellations require a confirmation number. Cancellations can be made without penalty 3 (three) days prior to arrival date. Guaranteed reservations require a credit card.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room.
Smoking Policy
Smoking rooms are available. Smoking is prohibited in public areas.
Check-in – Checkout Hours
Check-in time: 2:00 pm
Checkout time: 12:00 noon
Early Check-in, Late Checkout Policy and Early Checkout
Early arrival before 2:00 pm or a late departure beyond 12:00 noon will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Early arrival before 8:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate. Early checkout before departure date will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
Damages
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage to the hotel’s property or guestrooms. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card provided in the mail order.
Visiting Guest Procedure
As we consider guest comfort and safety as our highest priority, the hotel will not allow visiting hotel guests in their guestrooms without prior notice and hotel guests’ approval.
Noise Policy
All guestrooms are soundproof. Noise levels must remain at reasonable levels so as not to disturb other guests. The usage of PA systems and any other amplified sound system that has not been approved by the hotel management is strictly prohibited.
Children Policy
- One child till 6 years old may stay at no additional fee using existing bedding provided in the room.
- One child under 2 years old may stay at no additional fee in a child’s cot/crib.
- One child between 6 and 12 years old is charged EUR 20 per night / per person.
- Extra bed is charged EUR 30 per night / per person for children older than 12 years old and adults.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children cots / cribs in a guestroom is 1.
